Caramel & Chinese BBQ pork.

(1/2) > >>

NOCK NOCK:
Our first go at homemade caramel.
Tried 2 different recipes, both taste good so far, but seem a little soft. We’ll see how they do after setting overnight.

And another batch of Chinese bbq pork. Homemade is so far beyond superior to any I’ve had before.

Dan-o:
Two things I absolutely love.
Caramel is my favorite sweet treat.

Are you willing to share your bbq pork recipe?

NOCK NOCK:
Super easy. Just use a foil pack, NOH, and whole pork tenderloin (on sale at Fred Meyer right now. I trim the silverskin and any large fat spots.  Then I Traeger it @ 225 until it hits 150. cool and slice.

Your title had me confused a little, thinking it was one dish and not 2 separate dishes. Wasnt sure if that combo sounded good or not :chuckle:
