Sadly, we're going to see more and more of this sort of legislative attempt to delegitimize hunting/fishing/trapping as management tools.  This is a very telling news story, well reported. Read the last line- bill supporters were unable to name a single instance of a wildlife management situation that could have been improved with the language in the bill.
