I think it was 2023, they didn't even find any. The available goat tags this year is quite sad.

They just flew the north shore and found 62 the most recorded in a decade

They should just wait until Nov/dec when the snow and rut push most to the lake. Do counts then

I wonder if Chelan PUD is still required to do surveys as part of there hydro permit.  they used to do one survey in the spring and one in November

They did them for mule deer too. Very informative!

Well why not the fly up lake and take pictures on both sides then count the goats. I saw 2 big billy goats 100 yards from the Columbia River years ago then they vanished. A long ways away from their normal home.
