I used H4831 and 120gr Partitions.dit:

Edit: pulled up my data and it was 52 grains of powder in RP cases and CCI primers.

I have used similar to the load above wiht good results.  You may ask your smith his thoughts on AI.  It can be a useful option with little to any added recoil.

I just follow the Speer and Nosler load data.  One 25-06 gets the 120gr Partitions and is deadly with those velocities with the Partition.  The other gets 100gr Speer as that older barrel doesn't have twist rate for the 120s; but it still does well with the 100s.....latest Speer data is pretty fast.

You may want to start with some reduced recoil loads with H4895 if she has any issue with recoil. Hodgdon website has load data with H4895 for most bullet weights for the 25-06. H4895 can be used as low as 60% of max load for reduced recoil per the Hodgdon website.
