With the new cwd rules we didn’t want to deal with any issues, so we deboned right where it fell.  Not a bone in any of these bags.

Its pretty dang nice having someone who knows what they are doing when cutting up a critter that big. Working on it in the middle of a road is a huge bonus too  :chuckle:

Its crazy when you get done getting a backstrap off, stand up holding the end up at chin level and the other end is touching the ground.
