Did this a few years ago, so much nicer than boiling! The electric pressure washer was a game changer as well.

Remove the valve on the propane tank
Install a 3/4" x approx 4" black iron nipple
Add a 3/4" Fnpt x 3/4 hose adapter to the nipple
Attach the the hose.
