Is this 1903 Remington finish original?

I have posted this on another website and trying to figure this out.
Got this 1942 Remington. Finish is more black park.
I was told original finish.
Looks way different than my other 1942 Remington which is a green color.
Is this original? The chamber looks like it has some Color in it too.

I believe so. I have a Rem 1903 dated Feb/42 and it has the same parkerized finish.

The Parkerizing solution being fresh or not can and does have influences on the color/shade of the resulting finish.
