Looks like the southern Bighorns foothills - am I close??  If I had to guess, west slope south of Tensleep?
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

No but good guess. The trip wouldn't be complete with out a little fishing out of the Shoshone river . :chuckle:

Very nice!  A great trip.  Love the live shots of your buddy's buck.  Last year was my first since 2001 I didn't get to hunt deer in WY.

Nice pics wack!  Looks like a great trip for you guys.  Really does look like a Southern portion of the Bighorns I hunted back in 02'.  In 04' and 05' I was a closer to Casper......gotta love Wyoming!  Congrats on the bucks.

Also sent you a PM.....

Love that area over there.  I spent quite a bit of time up the North fork of the shoshone and the south fork, also up in sunlight basin.  The north fork country was the prettiest, hope to go back someday.  Nice pics thanks for posting them.
