Well, based off the fact that your county voted 57% for Biden/Harris I’d say you have a great chance of winning your suit against a large acreage landowner with a bunch of filthy nature killing diesel machines. Congrats and good luck.
thanks CNN... way to take this to your political views rather than following the law.  Exactly what the leftists do...never mind what is legal I'm gonna spew my garbage about what I think is right and when its proven I'm wrong gonna bring politics into it

Hey Huntwa community...still looking to hire someone with a drone/camera.  Not an expert but I don't think BD 1 or HooknoseHunter are offering their services

Thanks

Brew,
Give a call to some realtors, some use photographers that use drones for listings. Ask your neighbor if you can fly over her property to get the photos so your not interfering with air space rights and all that fun stuff.

Thanks...neighbors are fine using their property lines to start a drone.  Talked to both of them tonight and just might head out to the  property in question tomorrow "looking for my lost dog"

Thanks for the advice.  Googling what you suggested states the landowner cannot divert surface water in an adverse way affecting adjoining properties.  Maybe you should become familiar with that.

I’m sorry but I saw the complete opposite Sir. It states that a landowner CAN divert flood water in anyway they see fit. I’ll add a website link. It’s called common enemy doctrine.

https://levy-law.com/2020/09/26/the-common-enemy-doctrine-in-washington/

Not sure where you are coming from, but I cannot legally divert my downspout water onto a neighbor's property....

Send that drone over as long as it is a legal area to fly.

I am looking for materials testers in Eastern WA.  The work is seasonal (usually April through October/November) but pays very well.  Experience in materials testing (concrete testing and density testing) is a plus but not required.   Training will be provided for those that don't have experience.  This is great work, especially for those that are semi-retired or are young and want to learn a new trade and some of the positions line up well with summer vacation for college students.  Some positions could turn into year-round for the right individual as the business grows.

Please PM me if you know someone who might be interested.

I’m looking to hire someone to do light maintenance work on vehicles at a busy Ford dealership in Bellevue, WA.  Entry level, great job for someone looking to get their foot in the door. Some experience is great but we’re willing to train. We provide starter set of tools. M-F at this point, 8-5.  This is a fast paced environment. Good pay, benefits, paid vacation, 401k, etc. with a nationwide company.
PM me for more specifics.

Archery world in Lacey is looking for a full-time tech. These are the best folks and I imagine that working for them is a pleasure.

Just left management in the Cannabis Industry.
Snapped on someone at work because they broadcasted my personal life to fellow employees, I lost my job.
Guess its my fault.

Looking for work. Local/Semi local to Spanaway area. "Within an hour" Not really great at anything, but there isn't much I cant do.
