MM Hot topic, thanks to one of our own.

Check out the chit thats sturing on MM thanks to one of our own from here.  Our 450 inch sheds have hit the world wide web with light speed.  Just what we needed is a bunch of guys making our draw odds even worse than they already are.  That site sure has become a total waste of time.

That's the problem with the net. Now people will think were the next hot destination for elk. When we are far from it!

That's funny though that some just naturally thought they were from a high fence bull. To the best of my knowledge there are no high fence farms. Just the state projects have them. As far as I know private game farms are illegal in the state of Washington.

Maybe someone knows more and could shed some light on this.
Hunting is and always will be a family tradition.
If you load it they will come.

Once an idiot, always an idiot.....just trying to get some glory on the net.   There was a reason why they weren't on there yet ya *censored*.  Did you have the honor enough to get permission, or just enough honor to scab them off from this site.    I guess he couldn't find any 200 inch moose sheds this spring.........now the gloves are off.

Unless the rules have changed, you can have "pet" elk in WA, but I don't believe you can have them for hunting. I know you can no longer breed them in WA. My dad's clients used to have elk on their farm, but they had to move the breeders out of state. They kept 2-3 bull son their ranch though.

if i was ever lucky enough to get a chance at one of those big boys. you can bet i would spend every waking hour of the season after him. not to mention the time i would spend before the season scouting him. i would make damn sure that big boy knew i was after him, set fear into him. he would soon make a mistake and BAM!!! :mgun:

i would miss of course giving the rest of your guys something to hope for for the next season lol

It is illegal to have a high fence game ranch here in this state. You can not fence the wild animals in and hunt them. I'll look to see what it is under, but called wdfw before to ask and they said no. You can't even take a wild animal in if it is hurt. Have to call wdfw to come out. I don't think you'll see an increase in out fo state hunters, because our regs are one of the most stringed in the country and our season kinda sucks.
Hunting and Fishing is not what I do. But who I am...

Yeah, compliments to Groundhog for spelling it out for all of them  and possibly disuading a few, but I bet the govenors tag is a bit more expensive now.  Also more tribal pressure but  :dunno:
