I've been unimpressed with Kelsos.
I've known some of the kelso family for a long time and have never had any problems with them.  I think every place has it ups and downs.
I would never go back to Kelsos either....  They must have been in a "down" period...

They've been in their "down" period for some time now. They're also expensive and they won't take boned out meat. Just save yourself the headache and learn to do it yourself  :twocents:

Best place to take an animal! I only use them. They moved out to there own property and built a bigger place than in town. Now in the early season you can call them up late in the afternoon (till 9pm)  and drop elk and deer of when it is hot outside.

Eggers in Deer Park. Don't have a number. Your game has to be boned out for them to process it.

Dick Young started this meat shop in 1982.  He passed but the place is still going strong!

Northwest Sausage and Deli
5945 Prather Road
Centralia, WA
800-586-7760

"You Can't Beat Dick's Meat"

I've taken a lot of meat here for sausage, pepperoni, kielbasa, polish rings and they do great work.  They also brew their own beer.  You can take your meat in and sit down for lunch while your there.

Northwest Sausage & Deli does a good job, but just remember, they only take in already boned out meat.

I used Thomson's custom meats in Twisp the last 2 years and have been very happy with them and brought them our deer on Saturday. They also cold store your deer for you if you want to cut it yourself when it's to warm to hang at camp like this year.

We process our own steaks and burger, our smoked meats go to Premium Smoked Meats in Woodland. Hands down my favorite. Mark and Terry have been awesome owners to deal with. Used them for the last 3 years. 10 animals to them in that time and happy with returns on all of them.

I needed a cutter in the Renton area and found one here that somebody had recommended. I reorganized the list in the first post to help others.
