I recently took 60 pounds of elk burger to Egger Meats in north Spokane and had pepperoni sticks made. We've blown through most of it already, I think those are the best pepperoni sticks I've ever eaten! I highly recommend Egger's peperoni sticks!

I'm pretty sure Andersons in republic isn't cutting meat anymore. There is also hangemhigh just outside republic for those that need a butcher.

Thompson's Custom Meats in Twisp.

They won't be busy with deer, given the state of the Methow herd.

In Vancouver:
Butcher Boys - (360) 693-6241
Top Choice -  (360) 896-8865

I haven't used Butcher Boys for game but they do a great job on their farmed/ranched meats. I've sent a couple of animals to Top Choice and was pleased with the results.

They also recommended bringing deer in with the hide intact. Skinning it in the field often means more dirt and loss when the butcher trims it up.

Thompsons Meats in Twisp stopped taking any game or domestic animals in September.   The son Seth is now cutting meat nearby at Lookout Mt. Meats also in Twisp.  They butcher about a dozen hogs and maybe 5 beef a week and can take as many deer or elk as comes in

Do not use Double T meats in Eatonville!! I took a grade A Prime steer to them and they completely ignored my cutting order and ruined the best (and most expensive to finish)steer I had raised in years.  They also screwed up my buddies pigs and elk.  All they could say was "I don't know what happened?'.  When you ask for all boneless and zero roasts and all you get is bones, gristle and a cooler full of roasts it tends to piss a guy off.

Anybody know of any butchers near the Wilber, creston, or Davenport areas? Or closest areas to the vicinity.

Also thank you YJ guide service "Craig" for the info in your PM

The Eggers in north spokane is the best shop Ive been in, everything I have eaten from there is top notch. Its worth a little extra for the quality they have.

Page in Curlew is out of business. # is disconnected. I heard he sold it but cannot get any current info.
Nile Valley Meats are no longer in Naches. He moved about 5 miles west to his home on Hwy. 410. I use them a lot and he is good. Cranky though.
