Since you're being mature about it I would definitely keep it civil as you turn it up a notch. How about writing him a nice letter and explain that you're a member with an audience of thousands right here in WA. You can tell him that you'd rather not post his name, business name, and license online and ravage his reputation but you'd appreciate a written apology for the jack wagon things he's been doing in the woods.

Let us know how it turns out.

I feel your frustration... Where we hunt in Idaho there is an outfitter that has 2 camps set up approximately 8 miles apart. He runs back and forth between the two of them. Rumor has it that he used to park his rig in front of a gate near his camp and would harass anyone that tried to pass through. I guess he was quite humbled after the fish and game were notified of what he was doing and they paid him a visit. Now he just gives dirty looks as you drive by his camps; I waved at him last year as we were driving by and he obviously didn't return the gesture...oh well he has never personally did anything to me. His clients had a good year in 2010. They had three elk racks in the back of his Dodge Ram 2500; one of which almost filled the entire bed of the truck and stuck up another 18 inches above the bed as it layed in the back. That bull easily went above 350" with what I could see.

Sounds like I'd get along with your dad. If he's done this sort of thing in the past, what makes you think he'll stop. And like someone else said, I'm sure he's not just doing this to you. I wouldn't put up with it. I'm not saying I'd physically confront him, I'm not saying I wouldn't. I'd at least let people know who this POS is.

Now we are talking.  Thanks for the heads up, this may help prevent the next person in the woods from  being harrased or victimized if Shane gets wind of it.

Bad way to run a buisness, :twocents: Word of mouth travels fast, and it will get back to him, hopefully he learns from his mistake and changes his attitude or he may lose a lot of clients and get the tables turned on him when it comes to hunter harassment.
