200'' + Blacktail X???
« on: July 08, 2008, 12:36:16 PM »
Does anybody remember the blacktail X kiiled up the headwaters of Klickitat or White Salmon River last year on the Res, by a logger? I remember seeing it last year, or the year before in Hunting and Fishing News. I think it even went to Peyser over in Yak to get mounted? Like to see some pics if possible. Thanks.

They had a little picture of it in Hunting and Fishing news just wondering if anyone has anymore pics of it or knows where to see more pictures.

I remember the pics in Hunting/Fishing news being pretty crappy. But, 288!? We would have all seen pics if it had been tht big, 'cause it would have been on the pages of most of the popular hunting mags. I'll buy 200+, but 288 is exceptional! Please prove me wrong, because I would love to see pics of a WA buck that big from the last couple of years, let alone ever.

Coues, Charlie was refering to Archery 288. The bucks gross green score was between 210 & 220..

Coues, this is a guess, I think Bucklucky referred to Archery288 as just 288? So, instead of calling him Archery288, Bucklucky called Archery288, just plain ol 288?

Rougheye, is there anyway you can get pics? Lotta guys would love to see it. Later

257, now you're gonna try and tell me it scored 257? I've seen some big bucks, but ......... Just Kidding!

Thanks for setting me strait, I guess if I was paying a little closer attention to what I was reading, I could have figured this out all by myself.
