We have not been able to identify the problem, we have a software upgrade coming, so we may elect to put up with the delay until the upgrade occurs. I'm trying to find out how soon we'll be ready for the upgrade, I actually thought the upgrade was going to occur a few months ago, but still waiting on technicalities to be worked out.
