You won't be disappointed.  I've done many, especially deer straps.  About the only way I cut straps these days. A simple, yet to die for way, is to rub the strap with a salt/garlic mixture then cover with A1.  Wrap that in bacon, and you'll never not get the compliment about it being the best deer meat ever.....even to those who don't care for A1:tup:
