See I knew that someone had some show and tell!  That does look awesome.  I am going to give that a try this weekend.  A little smoke and a little heat.  I will take the advice and wrap the beacon around the roast instead of the length.  Thanks!

tried it last night. Did not butterfly and lay chesse. I injected and put on a rub. Bacon Coosey and it was to die for. Tender!
