Oh man, I heard the lady hit it in the neck and itdidn't kill it. Kept getting up flinging blood and falling down for 40 minutes. Apparently she went back to the house to wait for it to die. Game Warden was finnally forced to pop it with his service piece. I heard this second hand i hope it wasn't as bad as it sounds but there were people there 'looking' at the elk when she shot him. If the part about them going back to the house is true (and I find that really hard to believe) she deserves a big fat fine. And even if they stayed she should go through the hunter ed course again. Actually, she doesn't need to be out there in the first place. AAArrrrrrggggghhhhh Tell me it ain't so............ |
