hello today i smoked a 18 pound turkey i used cherry for wood i also did a fatty and a few skinnys and some beans the fatty is a jimmy dean sausage roll and a skinny is a breakfast sausage link wrapped in bacon everything turned out great |

That turkey looks delish! How long does something like that take? Never got beyond fish when it comes to smoking. |

SptnStlk i brined the bird for 24 hours and i put it in the smoker at a temp of 250 at 7:00am it was done at 3:00pm in the afternoon it sure tasted good and did not last long it was all gone by wednesday if you got anymore questions i will try and help |
