i saw a real nice bear up there last year driving around. he was milling around in a clearcut. not too sure about deer in there. shank's headed up there this weekend to look around. |

I go up there all the time. My favorite tactic is hunting over a bunch of false scrapes that I put in. ;) :chuckle: |

There are some nice deer, but I see mostly does. A good friend works that area, and has seen some nice bucks. Its a huge area, which is why so many people hunt it. I went up to Hanson Creek area last Sunday where I had seen some nice elk, fresh snow but didnt cut any tracks. I have also seen a lot of deer there. |
