| CVA Optima V2 durasight rail mod |

So I picked up a $15 Durasight pic rail for my cva optima v2 only to realize I couldn't mount it to the rifle the way I wanted to. I decided for $15 I'd try to modify it to mount "backwards" and get it as far back (close to my eye) as possible. Out to the garage I went and with a dremel tool and small drum sander bit I got to work. Finish with some permanent marker and bolted her down. I'm probably not the first to do this but I couldn't find anything online that solved my problem so I thought I'd share. |
