Blacklab is there any advantage of the smoke tray over the smoke tubes?  Just wondering

Low heat ,cold smoke or something.
Guess I'm asking what temp you setting smoker.

No heat from smoker. Just use amazen smoke tray.

Don't know anything about smoking cheese but guys I know who use a pellet smoker say that you have to use smoke tubes to get the smoke flavor into smoked meat.
