I'm not sure I've ever seen proposals change at all, seems like they stay with maybe a couple tags here or there but, I'd feel comfy that these numbers will stay. |

In addition the commission is no longer approving these, they delegated it to the director starting last year I believe. |

I see application numbers jumping a bit on those increased central eastern elk tags, and it's mostly based on false hopes. like someone already said, the odds with more tags added will most likely only go up .1%. Remember folks, points don't mean crap. |

Not with general season... |
