Once you've eatin' moose you'll never go back....mostly because your freezer is so full of it. ;) |

Moose hands down. I have had most game cooked correctly or wrong. My vote is based on the average joe cooking some meat up. I had some Caribou once that literally made me gag. Worse then a fried up deer steak with no seasoning or prep. A few years later another guy cooked up some Caribou and it was really good. |
