Now I never tasted cougar but an old guide in Alaska that was raised on the Shoshoni rez near Lander, WY said it tasted like pork. Now I like pork so I'd give it a try if I had a chance. Hell, I've eaten everything the Filipinos could throw at me in Hawaii so eating cougar would be tame. |
