so yea i only like duck jerky so far but im willing to try something new that tastes good. i have 4 ducks froze that i shot the other day so if anyone has any ideas let me kno 8) |

A friend of mine saves them up all year then after season takes them to the butcher and has duck-a-roni made out of them, pretty good for duck !! :dunno: |

taco's I dice them up and fry them in a little oil the and taco season its pretty good. JB |

Any of my phesant recipes here will work good for duck. |

Fillet the breast and debone the legs. Then beat the hell out of them. Let them soak in terriaki sauce overnight. Then grill them. This is the only way i will eat duck that isn't jerky, peperoni, or sausage. |
