I am bringing a hibachi into my duck blind this weekend for the last day of the hunt. I may try this with some shishkabobs. My plan is bearkabobs,deerkabobs and duckabobs, all with some onion and peppers, yum! |

We get pepperoni sticks made. But here is a good recipe for the grill, take a duck breast and cut a pocket into it (butterfly it), put a perrerchini or jalapeno pepper in the pocket along with a chunk of cream cheese, sprinkle the outside of the breast with Montreal Chicken seasoning and then wrap it with bacon, securing it with a toothpick. Then grill over medium heat, 3-4 minutes per side. Its great, especially with a cold beer. |
