elk definetly tastes the best to me!! get some of those nice back straps grilled on the barbeque nothin like it!! I will agree with red dawg, if it's a big old wilderness bull it may be a little tough to eat. But for the most part, its good stuff!! :drool: :drool: |

My vote goes to elk, I have never tried bear, but have heard mixed opinions of how it tastes. I heard moose is good too, but you can't go wrong if you shoot a grain fed muley or whitey either. |
