Guys, just a reminder that if you are training with live birds that "could" get away you have to be using NPIP certified birds. If you are buying or selling gamebirds you MUST buy from a licensed gamefarm and if you are selling to be legal you must be licensed. I just got the latest list of licensed gamefarms from the state and it is a short list, very short if you do not count the shooting preserves. I spoke to the WDFW in Olympia two weeks ago to ensure no laws had changed and they have not. The lady I spoke with did mention that recently there are a lot of folks selling birds on Craigslist that do not appear to have licenses. I asked about the buyer who purchased from these folks and were training with these birds. She said they (if confronted by a warden, I know most unlikely) would likely be fined as would the seller. Just trying to keep some folks out of a potential bad situation  :twocents:.

@Birdguy- how can we get this list of authorized sellers? is it on the WDFW site?
