Post by: grandpawrichard on July 14, 2012, 01:39:54 PM: I just Realized today that in 3 days it will be 42 years since my dear Friend Jim Schmidt lost his life in Vietnam at the tender age of 20 years old. :( Rest In Peace My Friend and Thank you for your Ultimate Sacrifice to Our Country! :(

You may be gone, but you never will be forgotten! :(

Post by: Elkaholic daWg on July 14, 2012, 05:11:03 PM: RIP and thank you for your sacrifice Jim Schmidt. I was a freshman in high school at that time and so many of those my age were so very lucky we weren't born a few years earlier! Draft and war ended when I was a senior.
