Saw this on Craigslist. Who ever heard of such a thing? I've been paid to eliminate coyotes, gotten paid for pelts, but never have I herd of having to pay someone else for the privilege of shooting these vermin. What has this world come to. :dunno:

Not only is it not a lease but I'd want deer rights too if I was "leasing" 2k acres of access.
-
Seems pretty smart to me. I'm sure there are lots of people, wetsiders, out-of-staters and whatnot, that would pay that little to get so much land all to themselves, and not have to pay guide fees. I bet he gets his $1000.
-
wow really
-
Never seen that either. Not too surprising really as it was only a matter of time until farmers realized they could make money on it. Seems high to me, but somebody will probably pay for it.
-
Way too much public land loaded with coyotes to pay to hunt them. Not to mention he clearly states he has to be there for you to hunt and no access during deer season. Not this kid...
-
:yeah: too many restrictions for that type of money and just for coyotes
-
ill stick to public land. its tough coming up with the gas money to go out sometimes id hate to have to pay 1000 on top of the already hihg fuel costs since i can usualy go through a tank in a weekend.

Ben sounds a little slow to me. Maybe there's a catch about dating one of his daughters !! :chuckle:

2K acres is not very many stand sites, mebbe 4, if the land is real topo rough, if its flat, 2 max. big dreams small plot. I have rights to 9000 acres in Montana mebbe 15 stands, 2 or3 days and its done. BUT that will be average of 15-21 down, with good pelts. Then move on.

Swanson Lake Rec area has, I think, 28,000 acres to hunt on for free...
-
I shoot them outta my yard for the price of the ammo.... Wouldn't pay any more then that to shoot one ever..... He can keep his yotes.... :chuckle:
-
he sold it after i messaged him how expensive it was, and told me..ha ha the jokes on you.... :chuckle:

Tragicly funny. It's laughable that someone would pay to shoot coyotes. On the other hand, once these farmers around here figure out they can charge for it, not so funny anymore.

At the end of the day, it's his land. If someone wants to pay for it so be it. No reason to send a guy messages and tell him he is asking to much :chuckle: Unless you just like to stir a pot you got no meat in :chuckle:

So 30 years ago who the hell thought someone would pay $1 for 12 oz of water in a plastic bottle? Not me water is free out of the faucet. Someone will pay and in the end we will ALL pay.

:yeah:
With the Twin Lakes BLM acreage bording it on the south end as well. No shortage of yotes roaming out there.
No shortage of deer hunters either come fall. Tried it one season several years back during modern. :bdid:
