Would have loved to have joined you Seth but I have Mondays and Tuesdays off now. You ever want to go out on those days just let me know. I'm not too far from you.

Just got back from a long hike.. Saw a sow with some cubs but was unable to get a picture of them :bash: I found a long stretch with berries left and plenty of fresh bear sign showing several different bears have been coming and going. Today was one of those days that two sets of eyes would have been better than one. Can anyone tell me what the scat is in picture 154? I put a dollar bill next to it for size reference.

I wonder if snoring would call a bear in :chuckle:

Pic 154 looks like Coyote or cat to me. Hard to tell from the pic. My guess is coyote. Now if they were all mostly in a line with each one squeezed to a point or linked like sausages, that would definitley be cat.

Well I went out this evening till the wind started swirling it's butt off, 90 degrees with bow and sweat soaked scentlok. After the second time I could hear something moving on the brush trail off to my side and not getting to see anything figured it was a bust due to the wind. Problem with this spot you and see the main road they walk into from sic different trails if you get off it more than 20 yards. Think I'm gonna have to hang a stand.. 8 piles of scat within 100 yards.. the bear well he's gonna die :chuckle: :chuckle:

I would put a stand up then. With that much action you should stick one really soon

planning on dropping it tomorrow, its a ladder so I like to have a extra hand putting them up... damn movers stole my summit :bash:

:yike: I have a old stand as well, and I use two of those screw in hooks for holding my bow and backback while up there.
