That trip sounds like a blast. Next year I'll have to get more info from you and plan on heading up there. August is a busy one for me. Wedding anniversary on the 1st my kids b-day on the 22nd. I'd have to squeeze it in between those dates.

Rivers Inlet is a great place to fish.  I was up there about 10 years ago with a big group of guys.  We stayed at Black Gold Creek Lodge,  it is a float camp.  We caught some nice fish but the orcas were in and it was real slow.  One guy not in our group came back to camp with an 11lb. head of a king.  Don the owner said the fish would have been in the 80's easy.  It would suck to fight a fish for almost 2 hours and loose it to a whale.  The year before I did not go and the group had several fish in the 80's.  Looks like a they had a great trip!

Yep, nothing huge this year for them but some other friends that were there the same time got a couple in the 50# range, I will try to get some pics.

Cohoho, I don't think I will be drawing a moose tag next year unless its a raffle tag, not sure if they allow that, so lets talk over a couple beers. I'm in Idaho right now but could meet you next week, maybe grab M-Ray out of the house too.
