Title: Winston Creek - Best area for deer?
Post by: Dmcgugan on September 01, 2012, 05:38:12 PM
Where do you all recommend the best area to be for deer? Still new to hunting in Washington and that area I am pretty comfortable with. Not really looking for ideas of other places to go but will not turn them down. :) I do want to stay away from large amounts of people, even if that means leaving empty handed.

Thanks in advance!

If you're coming from FW why Winston creek? you'll pass better deer areas on the way there. :twocents:

I used to hunt down there a lot for archery elk.  Deer where very few and far between if there were any elk in the area.  I would try the lower elevations in the unit if I was set on going there.  :twocents:
