Some cougar pics from our hunting area...:(
-
That damn thing looks like a lion! Nice pictures need to see a picture of it after you shoot it, so you can start getting some deer and elk pictures!
-
That thing is skinny....
-
If its skinny then its probably really hungry :yike:
-
thanks for sharing now go get him. :bfg:
sidenote: is it just me or was there anybody else hoping to see pics of the "cougars"? :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Plat, most young bucks never want to be spotted with a cougar in public.

The date on the Bushnell isn't right. That pic was last weekend. My cousin found some scat with bloody hair in it. Hoping one of us gets the cat. Deer numbers were doing better up there.
-
And after you kill him, find his steroid stash and flush it all down the toilet.
-
Really cool
-
I like a variety, but that cant be good for the other critters in the area. Now my wife has another reason to be ascared in the woods, thanx ;)
-
It does look skinny, but those lower front legs sure look big.
-
I'll try and eradicate that lil cat before you head up;)

:yeah: Im thinking hes plenty big!
-
Wife says while your at it shoot all the bears too!!!!!!!! Also wondering if you think the kitty is a female or male? My guess is female because I think males might have a more blocky head. I don't know anything about cats just curious. That thing does have Popeye forarms
-
He looks like a youngster to me. Maybe 140 - 150 lbs if that. But still, would look good on the wall dead from lead poisoning.
-
Love the big cat pics, good show.
-
Sweet... crazy how many cats are seen now thats to trail cams :dunno:
-
:mgun: I hate those things!

That's why they're called yong bucks. I'm looking to retire so I can spend my days wandering the woods like RT!
Back to the original topic, have you formulated a plan to get the cat yet? At least get one of them?
-
he does look skinny but dayum his legs are thick like he "was" big and lost weight, if you plan to hunt near better take da puddy tat down :mgun: = :cue:
-
First, go get it. Then when you are deciding what type of mount you are wanting, do a general internet search of "cougar mount" and see what type of pics you end up with. :chuckle:

as soon as i fill my deer tag here in the late hunt im moving all of my cameras to an area where i saw a cat and found multiple fresh sets of tracks. area just infested with cougar. did you put any scents or anything to get them in front of the camera or was it just random?
-
There was a cow elk in there not long before that cat came in. Had it on another camera up there and same scenario. Less than 30 min behind the cow. I've heard several times from guys that kill cats to find the elk and you will find a cat.
Good luck. Hope you get one or two.
