Have always wanted one of these and finally, at near 40 years old, I own one, thanks to Cohoho (Mike).
Thanks for the offer Mike. Looking forward to seeing your new Pro-Hunter!
Now if the range was only open this late!!

Very nice. I am hinting to the wife that I need the Kimber raptor, so Ill see how it goes. My 45 is a Para Ord. P14. Your going to have lots of fun. One word of advise, dont skimp when you buy extra mags.

I read that about the mags. This is my first Kimber, and first actual 1911 style. I had a hard time deciding between the Sigs listed in the classifieds and Mike's Kimber, but once I held the Kimber, I knew it was the one. All of the guns I own have always chosen me instead of the other way around. Looking forward to putting osme rounds through it. May still get a Sig in the near future though. Really like the P239.
Now I just need to figure out which ammo it prefers and a couple of good holsters...........
Wife was not overly excited, but I just spent near $800 for a new camera and accessories for her, so she was not too vocal about it. Now we can both point and shoot! :IBCOOL:

Enjoy the Kimber. I loved mine until a meth maggot stole it. I'll save the $$$ and buy another someday, but until then I took my wife's advice and bought two revolvers in stainless...one was a 357 mag with a 2.5 inch barrel and other a 45 ACP that comes with full moon clips. She has always liked G. Gordon Liddy's (http://www.liddyshow.com/)advice on revolvers over semi-autos, so being we've been married 36 years and being I've been correct about a half a dozen times in our marriage I took her suggestion and bought them. BTW the 45 ACP came with a 5 in barrel and shoots better than any 1911 I've ever owned, but I still like 1911's, so some day I'll get another.
