Title: Let's fill the freezer!
Post by: 270Flat on September 12, 2012, 09:12:54 AM: Well I am ready for the weekend warrior rush. Due to obligations of coaching a team sport, I will be out this weekend to try and fill my archery tag. I hope to see some activity.

I was able to get out right at the start of the season and had a blast seeing deer and trying to stalk for the first time (busted each time). Saw my first wild bull moose also. Got a real neat picture of him at 35 yards.

Hopefully with all the people in the mountains the deer are not too shy. I plan on getting off the beaten path. We'll see how it all works out. Good luck to all that have yet to fill your tag!!
