Title: starting to get ready
Post by: demontang on August 22, 2008, 11:10:20 PM: I'm starting to get everything together for my first archery elk hunt in 13 years :yike: Man I can want to go out and try and stick one.

Post by: Crunchy on August 23, 2008, 10:08:00 AM: Cant believe its almost that time. Ive been shooting broadheads for a while now, but recently changed some things and had to start from scratch. So I paper tuned, walk back tuned and I am back at it again. Few odds and ends to pick up though, but for the most part I could leave tomorrow if needed.

Post by: demontang on August 23, 2008, 02:30:23 PM: I started to shoot last winter when I got my bow and just had to put a new string on it after +/-2000 shots :yike: I can shot decent groups at 50 yards with my crimson talens and cant wait to get a shot at something. I use to hunt archery when I was young and never got a shot, so I'm hopeing this is the year. :dunno:
