I just put my Minnesota whitetail deer jerkey in the dehydrator. Smells good in the house.

Sounds pretty good. I'll be back from the east side next week....gonna have to plan another get together so we can critique your jerky.

If I have any left. Some going to Texas (daughter and son-in-law) and some going to Afganistan to a friend out there. I will try to save some :chuckle:. Be good anytime from this weekend on till November 21st then the late archery and M/L season starts
