Title: PP software
Post by: uplandhunter870 on October 12, 2012, 02:16:34 PM: just curious what everyone's thoughts are on PP software. am looking to get one

ive messed around with GIMP and didnt find it very easy to use, had a beta version of lightroom 4 and that was great to work with importing photos kinda drug but the controls were wicked simple and easy to use, messed around with canon's package and meh, never used any of the photoshop CS stuff

so whats every one think and would recommend

Many many professional photographers use Lightroom every effectively to do Post Production on their photos.

Post by: Wazukie on October 14, 2012, 08:48:10 PM: I use Lightroom and PS Elements. I also found that I finally needed to upgrade my computer to handle all the PP I do. 2gig ram was just not handling it very well.
