Canada its just about having some money. Utah, is as hard or harder to draw, Wyoming takes time, about 12 years or more of applying, Co you have to apply for 3 years before even eligible, then it becomes much like Washington and expensive. Montana probably a little easier than Washington, that being said I haven't drawn it yet....

Just enough snow so that we couldn't get up in the high country, but not enough to bring those long legged suckers down so we could get at the big boys. Had a great time and ended up with 430 lbs of tasty steaks and burger though...happy with my shooting, 430 yards, 3 thru the boiler room, he took two steps and tipped over. Heard wolves and saw a ton of tracks, but no shots. Gonna try it again this year, but we are going during the peak of the rut and using my bow this time.
