Title: poor pup
Post by: buglebuster on October 23, 2012, 08:23:38 PM: Well my poor 2 1/2 year old chocolate lab pup, Diesel is goin under the knife at 7:30 in the morning. A couple months ago he developed a small lump on his side, now its the size of a baseball with 2 other smaller ones. I finally made an appt. And they are going to cut into him in the morning. Hopefully everything turns out alright, I'd sure hate to lose him, hes just like a kid to me, and my 19 month old daughters best friend.

Post by: YellowDog on October 24, 2012, 05:16:58 PM: Glad to hear that. My yellow has probably 8 lumps of various sizes on her. Most are really small but one is probably 2x3 inches. I had the vet aspirate all of them with a really fine needle and check the titissue under a microscope. All fatty tumors (lipomas). She has had enough major surgeries that I will only have them removed if they grow or if she has to go under for something else.
