Well my poor 2 1/2 year old chocolate lab pup, Diesel is goin under the knife at 7:30 in the morning. A couple months ago he developed a small lump on his side, now its the size of a baseball with 2 other smaller ones. I finally made an appt. And they are going to cut into him in the morning. Hopefully everything turns out alright, I'd sure hate to lose him, hes just like a kid to me, and my 19 month old daughters best friend.

Well GREAT news!! They removed the lumps this morning and no need to even get them tested, just fatty lumps  He looks like hell but should be good to go in a couple weeks

Glad to hear that. My yellow has probably 8 lumps of various sizes on her. Most are really small but one is probably 2x3 inches. I had the vet aspirate all of them with a really fine needle and check the titissue under a microscope. All fatty tumors (lipomas). She has had enough major surgeries that I will only have them removed if they grow or if she has to go under for something else.
