Title: A pretty Girl in the Orchestra
Post by: grandpawrichard on October 28, 2012, 06:47:56 PM
I took this photo the other night:

(https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myfishingpictures.com%2Fdata%2F500%2Fpretty_Girl_smaller_with_signature-4047.jpg&hash=552e96fddf0cc66bdd1e5eaf79d60d3a93ba54e3)

The lighting was really Harsh Stage lighting, but I managed to pull out of the fire about 100 shots of the Orchestra that turned out awesome.  This is my Favorite one of the whole bunch.

That is a bassoon.  The only instrument I have not really played much.  I usually only play the marimba .

Great photo

thanks thats what I thought.  off topic but my oldest son was part of the class that helped build the marimbas at the cle elum school that music program was one of the best I have ever seen and marimbas are the bomb :)

No doubt she is pretty, but the question is - does she hunt or support hunting?
God looks at the heart (that's how he picked king David). I (and Huntwa) look at the caliber and bow poundage. I could introduce her to my son who hunts and can provide some good blacktail burger. I know how to operate a grille.

Great photo.  Really like how the light bounces off the individual hairs to enhance the coloring contrast against the black jacket.

I never understood the meaning of the bumper sticker that said 'happiness is being a grandparent' until I became one.
My grandparents didn't spend much time with me but my granddaughter spent the first 4 months in my arms and slept on my chest day and night. I cherish those memories!
You must be a proud grandpa like I am.
I hope to spend many years teaching my granddaughter things like hunting and eating good foods.
We spend a lot of time together. My wife and I have been raising her and love having her around so much.
Attached is a picture of my wife and granddaughter. I love them so much!!!

Axel,
Grandkids are totally Awesome! :) I'm Lucky enough to have 6 of them. :) Each and every one of them is a blessing and a joy to have around. :) Mine range from 7 to 21 years of age. :) All of them are A students and extremely active in the outdoors too. :)

 Is she a relative?

The girl in the photo is not a relative. She is a member of the Orchestra that my Grand Daughter belongs to.

Here is a photo of my Grand Daughter:

And may they always bring joy to your heart!  :hello:
I want more grandchildren but my son is not thinking family and my daughter is far from ready which is why we raise her daughter at this time. I don't know that I want more living at home with us andI also never imagined be a parent again. I wouldn't trade this for anything now!
I was looking forward the empty nest syndrome but that will have to wait - and for very good reasons too.  :)
