Probably not, but I hunt in the snow with my mountain shadow camo. I just noticed that you own it. I would not buy a new one, and would use this.

camo doesnt much matter during the rifle season, and if youre bow hunting i always drop my pack before making a stock and hopefully the animals wont be lookin at your backside anyway.

my wife got some of that king camo on a nice short parka at a sportsmans show when it was just a prototype and i think i used it once hunting coyotes withe edmondshunter and she wears it when it gets cold.
you would definately need alot of snow because its not the color that they'll see but the bright dot moving on the dark shaded hill.

yep. I think deer are color blind. So its more of the pattern that will benefit you. Save the money and buy a few boxes of ammo!

Myself, I would in heart beat. I dropped my light grass type colored camo pack once on the tundra and spent two hours searching to find out where I left it after taking an animal... Anything that would stand out, heck yea, give me a bright orange with pink polka dots covered pack, atleast I'll find it when I come back after a stalk. Same goes for tent. Give me the brightest, most flamboyant tent going on the market, atleast I'll see it when I return from nowhere...

An old timer once told me that the last color to wear hunting was white. I believe he was talking about solid white but he didn't elaborate. I doubt he was talking about when your hunting in snow.
Anyway the reason he gave me was that deer use that white flag on thier tail as a warning sign. When walking through the woods this time of year how much white do you see? :dunno:

"Not that there is anything wrong with it..."

For a pack? Heck ya I'd use it but if it was a parka or pants it'd be a different story... just my .02

For deer hunting I am not a big believer in camo. I wear whatever I got and not because of the pattern of camo on it but because of functionality.
