If this is your buck, claim it, I would love to know the area it was actually harvested in. because, the forward says it was killed on the county road that I live on, and if that's true, I'm gonna be pissed for driving all over the countryside while this pig runs around my backyard. :bash:
-
That is an honest to goodness pig. Someone is lucky after a lot of hard work.
-
Oh WOW! :)

no long-arming there!

Man there sure are a lot of monster blacktails hit the dirt this year, wish I were one of the lucky ones. Still got late archery so there's still hope.
-
Must suck to have one killed in your yard... :sry:
-
That freakin' pig is unreal. Can't wait/hope someone gives us a story and more pics.
-
Wow. That is the nicest blacktail I've seen a field pic of.
These are the kind of blackie bucks that remind us the world record came from WA
-
My coworker showed me that same picture on his phone yesterday. The guy is his friend, I'll ask if I can post some details.
-
wow...even with shakey camera hand

Brute of a blacktail

It looks alot like the buck cam hanes took not to long ago :dunno:
-
i've got one like that running around my yard in town...not quite as much beam...these urban deer drive me crazy...should be bow only in town.
-
I'm also very curious about general location as to where that buck was killed. Looks very similar to a buck that should still be walking around.
-
Looks very similar to a buck I have on camera :dunno:
-
Theres alot of very similars being posted here
-
Shelton has always had some giants. Especially by the old drive-in.
-
I've seen that pic, got it off dan-o's headgear. it looked like he was learning BF tactics for catching deer?!?!? :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
Sorry, couldn't resist it. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: with all the "very similar" posts. :dunno: :chuckle:

We had two guys tresspassing this weekend that killed a deer on our tree farm this weekend. We chased them around but they got out before we could get them cornered. The buck looks very similar to the one in the above photo. The only guys that are allowed to hunt the property did not kill him so that is why he should still be walking around.
-
Sadly it's not the Buck i thought it was. But it sure could be the same blood line if buck posted here was shot in the same area.
-
Fine, i'll reveal the rumored location, supposedly it was killed on Arcadia Road in Shelton.
-
Holly molly BT. That's a nice buck!

I knew it! I've done quite a bit of work in that area. Glad to see good bucks still hanging around.

Speaking of monster Shelton bucks...
Anyone ever see that tank of a 4pt across from the airport, behind that high fence
-
Judging by the picture, it kinda does look like it could be someones yard :dunno: At any rate ,what a masher!

Yes I have he is a giant! Almost ran off 101 cause of that buck once.
-
What a pig! Hope he left some of them genes behind!
-
Regardless of specifics though, I'm sure there's buck like this in every area of Mason, Thurston, Kitsap, Lewis, Grays Harbor and King county. In other words, stay away from my Arcadia Road! :chuckle:

my old man used to work out at the simpson yard by matlock and was coming home one morning in 1984 and smashed a 3 pt across from the drive in and totaled our 1970 pontiac...that was back when cars were still made out of metal...hit it in the front end and the body buckled above the rear axle.....yes there are some mashers out there
