Don't know how long they will last, but High Mountian Hunting in Wenatchee has AR-15 stripped lowers for $69.99 + tax.
-
I wish I lived closer. :(

Me too, I buy a bunch, all the good buys are never in the nw corner of the state..

Find an FFL guy around your area and have them sent to him/her.
-
What brand? That is a big factor :chuckle:
-
Aero-precision. Only a few left after friday. I think 4-5?? Also a pile of Spikes and Mega's. Several matched Black Rain in 223 and 308 configurations. Give me a call at the shop and I'll hook it up

And after the transfer fee and shipping you're overpaying. Cheapest I know of around here is $20/gun...not even a break on multiple. :bash:
-
great price, but heck.. even driving from Eburg, I will spend 30.00 in gas... :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:

Ahhhhhhh, I know people that barter. I don't worry about a couple bucks if I want something !! But, I know what you mean.

While we are talking about stripped lowers, are Superior Arms considered good? The local gun shop has them for $99.
-
Meh, they are both lower/middle of the road brands. I have switched to spikes and been very very happy with the stuff they are putting out.

Spikes get my nod! Got a pile of em!
-
What specifically do the Spikes lowers have that the others don't? Better tolerances? Better finish?
-
Cool Spider logos! LOL!. AQctually, still mil-spec. Most lowers are made by just several manufacturers, just different logos...
-
I do like the spider logo. :chuckle:
Their price is competitive but they seem to be hard to come by locally (Sedro Woolley).
-
:yeah: The fit and finish is hands down the best lower under 200.00 I have ever put my hands on. Very much to mil-specs. Why mountain man is right about most being made by several manufactures. The companies to play some part in the fit and finish of the lower. The quality inspections made by the better companies turns out a much nicer lower.
Dan if you get on spikes web site they have a locator feature that can find the dealers closest to you.

As long as you are buying I could use about 4-6 more :chuckle:

I did that and checked the two closest dealers, neither had them in stock.
-
I gotcha. Just pick there brains and see what the total would be to get you a couple :chuckle:

Wish they were closer.

I have used Spikes lowers for both of the AR's I have built. I've been happy with them.
