Title: 7x30 waters questions

I have got the a T/C contender in 7x30 waters the price was to good to pass on.if anyone shoots this round for deer what are the pros and cons any impute would be great thanks    JAKE

I know a guy with that barrel, we have seen him take whitetail, mule deer, and antelope out to 200+ yards with one shot. Just don't try to shoot beyond your own effective range.  :tup:

I have this round in model 94 winchester and it is deadly, but a man needs to know his limitatations.

All of the above is true.  I've taken a Muley with mine, using 139 grain hornady btsps.  Just make your shots count.  I like win 748, CCI mag primers, and 3030 brass necked down and fire formed.   Quite accurate too!

I've shot that exact setup, excellent round and really good out the T/C.  You done good  :tup:
My father in law had one, he's since passed on and I don't know where it went off too. 

I'd love to shoot it again.
