Been hunting my ass off last 2 weeks got snow today and was able to track the herd and catch up to this cow, heres mine connected at 8am this am and didnt finish packing meat until 630 pm, one slippery wet pack out, after a couple cold malt beverages, all the sore mussels and mild hypothermia priceless

I love Archery elk hunting in the snow, the quality of the hunt is much better because you can track em, we hunted the early season in september and tracking was almost impossible, it was so dry that you couldnt tell how old the tracks were, and the woods were to noisey, snow came late again this year and the elk were scarce until the last few days of the season thats when we got into em.
