Are ramcats legal to shoot in washington?

I DO NOT THINK SO, THE REASON BECAUSE IT LOOK LIKE IT IS A TYPE OF A MECHINICAL BRODHEAD AND THEY CAN NOT BE USED IN THIS STATE.

Ya it dooes look mechanical but there site said fixed blade and i was just curious what people thought.

Can be locked down and fixed but doesn't matter blade doesn't meet ferrule at a 90 degree angle renders it illegal in WA
