Title: I have 2 field bred english springers that need homes.
Post by: snowshoes22 on December 10, 2012, 09:06:09 PM: I need to downsize and need homes for 2 liver and white english springers. First is a male born June 11, 2010. He is quiet in the house and a great bird finder in the field. He retrieves from water and will hunt all day.

The second is a female born Nov 5, 2011. She is quiet and has good bird drive but has not had any ground work done and is a little on the shy side. She has not been hunted.

Both dogs are great with kids.

Just trying to help you find a good home for them. I would be tempted to take the male, but I dont know how my lab would feel about another male around the house. :chuckle:

I hunt my dogs and have two little girls that also love them to death :tup: I've got two English springers already that are amazing so she would have friends. I'd take both but I don't want the males fighting. My males actual a big boy at 51 lbs and my females 32 lbs. Both love hunting and kids, I've attached a pic of them after a long 4 wheeler ride they needed a cool off in the river.

Ps: talked to my dad who I'm going to be staying with when I'm down and she'd get a taste of pheasant hunting during this time also.
